With this service level agreement Unicom solutions keeps an eye on your business IT processes and its hardware/software performances and keeps them well up-to-date as well as monitor its condition on a daily basis. Normally Unicom solutions would know if a problem is about to happen prior to the actual problem happening this prevents any downtime that the business may have to go through when things go wrong.

Bronze SLA

The bronze service level agreement is our entry-level contract which we found most of our clients have opted to take. Although all service level agreements are relative to the type of business you may have and how much you rely on your IT infrastructure, in other words if your business heavily relies on your IT hardware/software to generate your income and obviously you might want to take out a silver or gold service level agreement.the bronze level gives you all the basic on-site checks as well as monitoring and unlimited phone support and now with Unicom's new online support system we are able to provide you with quick and friendly service around the clock is necessary. The bronze level covers the following items and has an approximate cost of $1000 per month. Again all out SLA agreements can be customised to suit the customer and therefore a price will be given after a site inspection.
