Mi-CRM

Unicom Solutions have completed the CRM mobility solution codenamed Mi-CRM. A client has been testing this solution for the past six months and we believe he is now ready for deployment.

Mi-CRM is a great sales tool for all business development managers, sales teams or even executives who out on the field most of the day acquiring new business and keeping in touch with their established clients.

What Does it do?

Mi CRM is a mobile application based upon wireless technology that provides the sales force with up-to-date information on their current clients as well as leads received from head office. It also allows live updates from field staff back to the application server at head office. This keeps the managers informed on the field staff and provides a better communication link between the two parties. As field staff update the information on their clients it is automatically submitted back to head office so there is no need to travel back to HQ and synchronise your mobile device.
