Our History

Unicom Solutions has a long term history IT and ICT evolution, the founders started back in 1987 as an Electronics engineering company servicing many industry sectors such as Hospitals, Police Force, and Aviation as well as the private sector and continues to do so under its subsidiary business Premier Electronics. In 1990 the company moved into the IT sector and began manufacturing Unicom Computers, which were fully designed by Unicom this was the first stage in the evolution process. During the period of 1990 to 1995 Unicom sold over 5,000 custom designs PC’s and Servers with an astonishing 1.2% return rate due to hardware failures. In 1995 Estephan moved the company into the retail sector providing high end Point Of Sale equipment and solutions to retail chain stores such as Mansours and Michel’s Patisseries. By 1998 Unicom started a division in Web design and Hosting service with great success which evolved into providing intranet and extranet sites for SMB and corporate companies. Unicom’s direction changed in 2000 with the Y2K bug increasing the work load on service and upgrades, this prompted a partnership with HP and began providing HP servers and workstations to existing clients. In 2002 we started a research and development division which was to move the company into the future of IT and ICT solutions. The research on internet services and wireless technology prompted a change in company structure and the services it was going to continue to provide to its clients. Today Unicom Solutions is leading the wireless technology and mobility solutions with the launch of their first product early 2007 the Pocket Invoice system.  Since February 2007 Unicom have developed several Mobility products all in the corporate sector and have pioneered a Global Product both in Wireless and Mobility and continue to impregnate the International market.  The development of Unicom’s mobility engine and unique style of development have made the company sort after by the International Market.
